摘　　要：微区域是全球化、新区域主义与跨境联系综合作用的产物,建构了以次国家层次为基本单元、以跨境联系为基础的区域互动新层次。本文通过剖解区域层次构成,厘清了微区域与区域、次区域等的关系,并将微区域主义区分为跨境经济合作与跨境安全合作两大维度。指出,当前重跨境经济合作、轻跨境安全合作的现状会致使经济合作面临的安全风险及其所引发的安全问题得不到有效解决,进而会导致跨境经济合作与跨境安全负相关。东盟"增长三角"的案例分析揭示了区域自主与国家安全是"增长三角"产生的安全诱因;综合安全与伙伴关系是"增长三角"发展的主要安全推力;而开放治理与"搭便车"可能成为"增长三角"深化的潜在安全阻力。Micro-region is a result of globalization, new regionalism and cross-border relations, which constructs a newregional connection level based on sub-national units and cross-border relations. The article aims to clarify the relationshipamong micro-region, sub-region and region by exploring how the region is made up in different levels, then we define micro-regionalism as cross-border economic cooperation and security cooperation. We argue that, the existing study about micro-regionalism, which emphasizes cross-border economic cooperation while ignores cross-border security cooperation willnot contribute to addressing the security problems and risks stemming from the economic cooperation, further, it will lead tonegative correlation between cross-border economic cooperation and cross-border security, which is so-called the cross-bordersecurity-economic dilemma. To illustrate these hypotheses, we do a case study of the Growth Triangle in ASEAN andargue that regional autonomy and national security are the security inducements of the Growth Triangle, comprehensive securityand membership are the main security power, and open governance and free rider would be the main security obstaclein deepening the Growth Triangle.
