快速康复外科护理方法在结直肠癌患者护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察快速康复外科护理方法在结直肠癌患者护理中的效果。方法:选取结直肠癌手术患者200例,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者给予快速康复护理。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复、拔除胃管和尿管、首次进食、肛门排气、住院时间及咽喉炎、肺部感染、尿管感染、腹腔感染、吻合口瘘等并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复、拔除胃管和尿管、首次进食、肛门排气、住院时间均比对照组时间短(P<0.05);并发症发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理方法在结直肠癌患者护理中的效果优于常规护理。Objective： To observe clinical effects of fast track surgery care in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods： 200 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radical resection were selected and divided into control group（ 100 patients,received the conventional care） and observation group（ 100 patients,received fast track surgery care）. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,tube removal time,catheter removal time,first feeding time,first flatus time,postoperative hospital stay,and the postoperative complication incidences including sore throat,lung infection,urinary infection,abdominal infection,anastomotic leak were compared between the two groups. Results： The observation group was associated with a significantly shorter gastrointestinal function recovery time,shorter tube removal time,earlier first feeding time,earlier the postoperative first flatus time and shorter postoperative hospital stay compared with control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no differences in the postoperative complication incidences between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Fast track surgery care method is superior to the conventional care for the patients with colorectal cancer.
