摘  要:粗骨料充填料浆长距离管道输送存在管道磨损严重、管道接头频繁以及堵管处理困难等问题,是充填法安全高效生产亟待解决的关键技术。文中针对金川二矿区充填管网系统和充填工艺,开展了耐磨管选择、柔性接头和导水阀研制以及充填管道堵塞处理新方法研究。通过不同耐磨管材的试验,选择了直径Φ133 mm钼铬双金属和刚玉(陶瓷)两种耐磨管,并针对采用刚性耐磨管存在接头困难问题,研制了柔性接头装置。该装置一端为带卡盘的伸缩头,另一端为球形带卡盘结构的万向头,并由密封的伸缩套管和辅助配件连接。针对管道引流清洗水进入采场后降低了充填强度,研发将洗管水排出采场的导水阀装置。该装置是由阀体、阀板和曲柄连杆组成,呈现"卜"字状。装置一端连接井下供水管,另一端连接充填管,两端由塑料管连接,形成处理堵管的自备管水系统。研究结果表明:耐磨管延长了管道使用寿命;柔性接头缩短耐磨管接头时间;导水阀避免引流洗管水进入采场;堵管处理新方法保证了充填作业的安全与连续。文中所提出的关键技术在金川二矿区应用时充填作业时间由12.46 h/d提高到14.35 h/d,充填系统故障停车率由1.36次/万m^3降到0.99次/万m^3。There are many problems in long-distance pipeline transportation of filling slurry of coarse aggregate,such as severe abrasion of pipes,frequent connection of pipes and blocking in pipes,which are the key technologies to be solved for the safety and efficient production in filling mining.Considering the filling pipe network and filling process in No. 2 Jinchuan mine,the studies on wearresisting pipe selection,flexible joints,water guide valve and new method to handle filling blockagewere carried out. Based on different tests,the two wear-resisting pipes,molybdenum chromium bimetallic pipe and corundum( ceramic) pipe,with a diameter of Ф133 mm were selected. In view of difficult connection between two rigid wear-resisting pipes,a device of flexible joint was developed.One end of the device is a telescopic head with chuck,and the other end is a spherical universal head also with chuck. Both of the ends are connected with sealing device and auxiliary accessories.In order to reduce the effect of clean pipe water on the filling strength,a water valve which can discharge water into stope was developed. The device is composed of valve body,valve plate and crank link. One end of the device connects underground pipes,and the other end connects filling tube.The two ends are connected by a plastic pipe,which forms a self-provided water system to process blocking pipe. The results show that the application of wear-resisting pipe extends the service life of pipelines,the application of the flexible joint to wear-resisting pipe reduces connecting time,water guide valve avoids wash pipe water entering the stope and the new method processing blocking pipe can ensure safety and continuous filling work. When the key technologies were used in the No. 2mining,operation time was increased from 12. 46 h / d to 14. 35 h / d and filling fault shutdown rate was reduced from 1. 36 times /( 104m^3) to 0. 99 times/( 10~4m^3) of the filling system.
