摘　　要：折臂式抓管机是管柱处理系统中的关键设备,属于自动化、智能化高端装备产品,其技术长期被欧、美等发达国家所垄断。鉴于此,对海洋钻井平台管柱堆场折臂式抓管机进行了结构设计和性能试验。以具有夹持、压紧、调平和旋转功能的吊爪为夹具,以基座式安装的折臂吊为载体,在折臂吊末端通过插销悬挂吊爪,通过遥控实现管柱机械化吊运。试验结果满足管柱吊运机械化及运动平稳的要求,效率与人工相当。设计的折臂式抓管机性能与国外同类设备相当,可推广到海洋钻井平台上进一步进行工业性试验研究。研究方法可为类似设备的研制提供设计和试验思路。The knuckle boom pipehandler,the key equipment for pipe handling,is an automated,intelligent high-end equipment product,of which the technology has long been dominated by foreign developed countries. In view of this,the knuckle boom pipehandler for offshore drilling platform has been designed and performance tested. The knuckle boom pipehandler takes hanging claw as clamp with the function of gripping,pressing,leveling and rotating,and takes a pedestal-mounted knuckle boom crane as carrier. The hanging claw is hanged at the end of knuckle boom crane. Pipe handling is operated by remote control. The test results showed that the knuckle boom pipehandler met the requirement of mechanized pipe handling and steady movement with the similar efficiency of manned operation. The designed knuckle boom pipehandler is quite similar in performance with the foreign equipment,and could be further tested on the offshore drilling platform. The research could provide design and test ideas for the development of similar devices.
