摘  要:随着油田开采周期的延长,需要解决连续管速度管柱后期带压起管的内封堵问题。结合管柱自身和井口悬挂装置特点,以及带压起管工艺要求,借鉴常规油管不压井作业用堵塞器,利用实验室验证的方法,研制了连续管内堵塞器。该堵塞器满足连续管带压作业的管内压力封堵的要求,具有结构紧凑、适用管内壁有焊筋以及可弯曲缠绕等特点。室内试验和现场应用结果表明:研制的连续管内堵塞器很好地满足了弯曲缠绕上滚筒的带压起管工艺要求,其性能稳定可靠,提高了施工效率,避免了高空作业风险,降低了作业费用。连续管内堵塞器不仅保证了不压井作业起管堵塞的安全、高效,而且对不压井作业工艺配套技术的完善起到了推动作用。With the extension of oil field exploitation period,the inner pressure isolation issue in snubbing operation of the coiled tubing( CT) velocity string needs to be addressed. Combined with the feature of velocity string,wellhead suspension device as well as the requirements for snubbing operation,and referring to the conventional tubing snubbing blanking plug,the CT inner blanking plug has been developed based on experiment. The inner blanking plug met the requirements of pressure isolation in the coiled tubing during snubbing operation with the features of compact structure,being suitable for pipe wall welded with ribs and flexible winding. Indoor test and field application shows that the developed CT inner blanking plug meets the requirement of CT snubbing operation with flexibility. The blanking plug,with stable and reliable performance,has improved operation efficiency and eliminated the risk of high-altitude operations,and reduced operation costs.
