摘　　要：目的：研究连续性高容量血液滤过治疗重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床有效性。方法：选取某院2013年6月~2015年6月收治的重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者62例为研究对象,将研究中所有患者分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采用连续性高容量血液滤过治疗进行治疗,对比分析两组临床效果。结果：治疗后观察组患者平均动脉压、心率、血管外肺水指数以及肺功能指标氧合指数等指标均优于对照组。结论：连续性高容量血液滤过治疗重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床有效性显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of continuous high volume blood filtration in the treatment of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods：62cases of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome treated in a hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were taken as the research objects,who were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with continuous high volume hemofiltration therapy,then compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the average arterial pressure,heart rate,pulmonary water index and pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group.Conclusion：Continuous high volume blood filtration in the treatment of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome has significant clinical efficacy,which is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice.
