摘　　要：目的：探讨重症监护室对机械通气病人实施不同吸痰方式的疗效。方法：选择某院2013年6月~2015年2月重症监护室收治的120例行机械通气的患者,按照吸痰方式不同分为3组。A组患者仅行开放式吸痰操作,B组患者行密闭式吸痰操作,C组患者行半密闭式吸痰法操作。观察3组患者每日吸痰次数、吸痰量、吸痰间隔时间,并就两组患者吸痰过程中不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果：C组患者在治疗7d中日吸痰次数、吸痰量、吸痰间隔时间改善情况均优于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3组患者在肺部感染、气道损伤及痰痂阻塞、VAP等不良反应发生率上比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：根据患者需求选择适合的吸痰方式是保证通气成功率,减少并发症和不良反应的关键,总体来说,半密闭式吸痰的效果最佳。Objective：To probe into the clinical effects of different sputum suction methods for patients with mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit.Methods：120patients with mechanical ventilation and who accepted treatments in a hospital of Departments of ICU from June 2013 to February 2015 were selected,and according to the way of sputum suction were divided into three groups.In the group A,the patients were only underwent the open type sputum suction while in the group B,the patients were underwent the closed sputum suction operation,and in the group C,the patients underwent the semi closed sputum suction.Then,the number of times daily sputum suction,sputum suction volume,time of sputum suction of three groups of patients were observed,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared in the process of sputum suction.Results：In the treatment of 7d,the improvement of the situation of the number days of sputum suction,sputum suction volume,sputum suction interval time were better than those in the A,Btwo groups,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in thepulmonary infection,airway injury,sputum scab,VAP and other adverse reaction rates between the three groups of patients（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients undergoing the mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit,according to the needs of patients to choose a suitable suction method is the key to ensure the success rate of ventilation,the key of reduce the complications and adverse reactions,the effect of semi closed sputum suction is the best in general.
