头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合大观霉素治疗单纯性淋病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合大观霉素治疗单纯性淋病的临床疗效及价值。方法:以120例淋病患者为研究对象,以就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后,治疗总有效59(98.3%)例;对照组治疗总有效45(76.67%)例;两组在痊愈率、治疗总有效率方面相比差异显著,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合大观霉素疗法治疗单纯性淋病可获得更好的疗效,值得在临床实践中推广。Objective：To explore the efficacy and value of cefoperazone sulbactam combined spectinomycin treatment in the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea.Methods：120cases of gonorrhea patients were divided into observation group and control group,and the treatment effect was observed.Results：After treatment,the total effective of the observation group was 98.3%（59）;the total effective of the control group was 76.67%（45）;the cure rate,the total efficiency of the treatment of the two groups was of significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined use of cefoperazone sulbactam spectinomycin uncomplicated gonorrhea therapy has better efficacy in clinical practice which should be promoted.
