糖尿病合并促甲状腺激素及甲状腺激素异常患者临床诊断治疗效果评价

摘　　要：目的：评价糖尿病合并促甲状腺激素及甲状腺激素异常患者的临床诊断及治疗效果。方法：选取58例糖尿病合并促甲状腺激素、甲状腺激素异常患者纳入研究对象,在进行甲状腺功能及血生化检查后采用常规降糖药物联合优加乐替代治疗。结果：治疗后,糖尿病患者的FT3水平明显高于治疗前（t=5.287,P〈0.05）;空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、血清总胆固醇水平均明显低于治疗前（t=6.739-10.041,P〈0.05）。结论：血清甲状腺激素检测有助于糖尿病合并促甲状腺激素、甲状腺激素异常患者的诊断;降糖联合优甲乐治疗能有效改善糖尿病患者的FT3及血糖、血脂水平。Objective： To evaluate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormone abnormalities. Methods： 58 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormone abnormalities were included in the study. The patients were treated with routine hypoglycemic drugs combined with Euthyrox after thyroid function and blood biochemistry examination. Results： After the treatment,the level of FT3 was significantly higher than that before the treatment（ t = 5. 287,P〈0. 05）; however,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum total cholesterol levels were significantly lower than those before the treatment（ t = 6. 739-10. 041,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The serum thyroid hormone testing can help to diagnose the patients with diabetes mellitus combined with thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormone abnormalities. The combination of hypoglycemic drugs and Euthyrox can effectively improve the levels of FT3,blood glucose and blood lipid.
