福建自贸区对闽台经贸关系的影响

摘　　要：福建自贸区肩负国家赋予对台先行先试的重要使命,探索其未来的建设与改进方向意义重大。利用相关数据与案例研究福建自贸区成立后对闽台经贸产生的影响及其面临的问题,结果表明,虽然闽台贸易规模有所扩大、企业数量增加、闽台合作领域有所拓宽,但仍存在区内经济水平有待提高、内地产业基础薄弱、闽台贸易方式有待转变、区域管理机制有待加强、台湾对闽开放不足以及TPP规则挑战等问题。借助贸易引力模型研究闽台贸易关系的主要影响因素,结果显示经济、距离、人口变量影响显著且闽台已出现"贸易过剩"现象。因此,福建自贸区应加强对产业经济、交通物流、人员往来、区域管理、政策便利等方面的建设。Fujian FTZ shoulder the important mission entrusted by the state to Taiwan pilot,so exploring its future direction of the construction and improvement is of great significance.In theory,we analyzed the relevant data and case to understand the problems and effects that Fujian FTZ have on economy and trade between Fujian and Taiwan.The results show that the magnetic effect of policy is significant,the scale of trade between Fujian and Taiwan has been expanded,the number of enterprises have increased and the areas of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan have broaden,but the economic level of the region needs to be improved, the industrial base in the Mainland is weak,the way of trade between Fujian and Taiwan need to be change,regional management system needs to be strengthened,Taiwan and Fujian open inadequate and the rules of TPP has bring for a huge challenge.On empirical terms,we researched the main factors that affected on the trade relations between Fujian and Taiwan.The results showed that the economy,distance,and demographic variables affect significantly and there existed a ＂trade surplus＂ between Fujian and Taiwan.Therefore, it proposed Fujian FTZ Integrated to Strengthen Construction of Taiwan from the industrial economy,transport and logistics,personnel exchanges,regional management,as well as policies＇ facilitate and so on.
