摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的制造型企业选择引入和应用精益管理系统来应对各种成本持续上升的压力,保持企业的竞争优势。在此过程中,企业需要一整套包括企业实施精益管理系统水平能力标准和改进的路线在内的指南。本文借鉴软件行业广泛应用的软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)的成功经验,结合精益管理系统实施的特点,对企业实施精益管理系统实施水平评价能力成熟度模型进行构建和探讨。In recent years, more and more manufacturing enterprises choose to introduce and apply lean management system to deal with cost rising pressure, to keep the competitive advantage. In this process, enterprises need a set of guidance including the route of implementing lean management system level competency standards and improvement. According to the successful experience of capability maturity model （CMM） in software industry and combined with the characteristics of the lean management system implementation, this paper discusses the model of enterprising implementing lean management system level evaluation capability maturity.
