集束化护理模式在预防导尿管相关性感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理模式在预防导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI)中的应用效果。方法 300例留置导尿管患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各150例。对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组采用集束化护理模式,比较2组住院期间尿路感染发生情况。结果实验组干预后第7、14、21天尿路感染发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论集束化护理模式能有效预防和降低CAUTI发生风险。Objective To investigate the efficacy of optimized bundles of nursing care model in prevention of catheter-associated urinary tract infection （ CAUTI） . Methods A total of 300 patients with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into the control group and the study group randomly, with 150 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods, while the optimized bundles of nursing care model was performed in test group. The incidence of CAUTI was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of CAUTI in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group at day 7, 14 and 21 after intervention respectively （P 〈 0. 01） . Conclusion The optimized bundles of nursing care model can effectively decrease the risk of CAUTI in patients with indwelling catheter.
