摘  要:目的探讨手术器械图谱在提高手术室和供应室器械交接正确率中的应用效果。方法收集2014年9月—12月手术室和供应室器械交接资料500例次,设为对照组。自2015年1月手术室和供应室器械交接过程中采用手术器械图谱,收集2015年6月—8月手术器械交接资料500例次,设为观察组。观察并分析2组手术器械交接过程中差错事件发生情况。结果对照组差错事件发生95例次(19.0%),观察组发生率为23例次(4.6%),观察组差错事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组中特殊器械不认识、特殊器械不会拆装、器械包内数目不符发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论手术器械图谱形象、清晰,缩短了手术器械交接时的清点时间,提高了手术器械交接正确率。Objective To investigate the effect of instrument map in improving the accuracy rate of surgical instruments handover between operating room and supply room. Methods Retrospectively collected the instruments handover data of operating room and supply room from September 2014 to December 2014( n = 500,as control group). The instrument map was provided to guild the surgical instruments handover since January 2015,and another 500 cases of instruments handover data were collected as the study group. The adverse events during instruments handover were compared between two groups. Results The overall incidence of adverse events during instruments handover was 19. 0%( 95 /500) in the control group and was 4. 6%( 23 /500) in the observation group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 01). The incidence of adverse events such as unfamiliar to instruments,instruments assembly method and quantity discrepancy of instruments were significant lower in observation group than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Instrument map,with a visual and clear illustration,can improve the accuracy rate of surgical instruments handover in operating room and supply room.
