妇产科门诊手术室实施护理风险管理的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在妇产科门诊手术室护理工作中的应用体会。方法 2015年度在妇产科门诊手术室实施护理风险管理,并且与2014年度的护理工作情况进行比较。结果将两个年度的护理结果进行比较,在护理人员综合素质评分和手术室不良事件发生率等相关指标进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),取得了较好的护理效果。结论在妇产科门诊手术室护理工作中实施护理风险管理,能显著提升护理人员的综合素质,降低手术室不良事件发生率,提高护理质量,使妇产科门诊手术室的护理管理质量得到持续性改进。Objective To study the application experience of the implementation of nursing risk management in the outpa-tient operating room in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods In 2015, outpatient operating room in the de-partment of obstetrics and gynecology implemented nursing risk management, and the nursing work was compared with that in 2015. Results There were obvious differences in the comprehensive quality score of nursing staff and incidence rate of adverse events in operating room by comparison, P〈0.05, and both of them got a better nursing effect. Conclusion The im-plementation of nursing risk management in the nursing work of outpatient operating room in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can obviously improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, reduce the incidence rate of adverse events in operating room, improve nursing quality and continuously improve the nursing management quality in outpatient operating room in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.
