基于人力资本角度分析山东省产业升级的优化措施

摘　　要：针对山东省经济增长遇到的瓶颈问题,笔者在运用关键性资源理论、经济内生增长理论的基础上,采用数理统计、概念模型等方法对山东省近年来的经济增长进行分析,并从人力资本提升角度研究产业升级的发展条件,通过分析人力资本与产业升级之间的关系,得出人力资本促进产业升级的结论,建立教育、知识产权与资金条件促进产业升级的模型,为山东省解决经济增长瓶颈问题、制定产业升级优化措施提供科学的理论依据。Economic growth in Shandong province is at its limit. Based on the critical resource theory, endogenous growth theory, the paper analyses the economic growth of Shandong province in recent years using mathematical statistical method,conceptual models and so on. Then it studies the conditions of industrial upgrading from the perspective of human capital.Through the analysis of the relationship between human capital and industrial upgrading, it establishes the model of industrial upgrading including education, intellectual property right and capital. It provides a theoretical basis for the industrial upgrading of Shandong province.
