摘　　要：文章介绍了半固态成型技术的来源、国内外发展情况、技术优势、工艺原理和主要工艺流程,对铝合金轮毂成型生产线上的定量保温炉、溜槽摆动装置、模具、取料机器人等关键设备和速度控制、温度控制等挤压成型关键技术进行了介绍,并对铝合金轮毂挤压成型技术的发展趋势做出了展望。The paper introduces the source, development situation at home and abroad, advantage, technological process and principle of semi solid forming technology. Then it introduces the key equipment on the production line of aluminum alloy wheel hub such as holding furnace, swing device, mould, automatic stock-taking robot, and key technologies of extruding forming like speed control and temperature control. Then the development trend of extrusion forming technology for aluminum alloy wheel hub is prospected.
