银离子敷料与凡士林纱布对嵌甲根治术后甲床损伤创面愈合效果的比较

摘　　要：目的：比较嵌甲根治术后银离子敷料与凡士林纱布创面外敷对促进创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：将2013年1月~2014年5月收治的96例嵌甲甲沟炎患者随机等分为观察组和对照组，观察组用银离子敷料外敷，对照组外敷凡士林油纱条换药治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度、换药次数、换药费用、单次换药所需时间、痊愈时间及创面感染情况。结果：观察组患者疼痛程度轻于对照组（P ＜0．05），换药次数少于对照组（P＜0．05），创面平均痊愈时间、单次换药时间短于对照组（P ＜0．05），两组患者换药费用差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论：银离子敷料有利于嵌甲根治术后创面的愈合，在嵌甲根治术后创面能促进表皮生长，加速创面愈合，达到预防感染的目的，并且可显著减少换药次数，减轻患者的痛苦。Objective：To explore clinical effects on propelling wound healing with Aquachl Ag and vaseline gauzes after radical operation of ingrown nails. Methods：Selected 96 patients of ingrown nail paronychia admitted by our hospital during January 2013 - May 2014,randomly divided them into observation group and control group. Conducted external application of Aquachl Ag on the observation group and gave vaseline gauze external application of dressing change treatment to the control group. Compared patients’pain degree,dressing change time,expense of dressing change,time of single dressing change, time of wound healing and wound infection condition in the two groups. Results：The pain degree of patients in the observation group was lighter than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）,dressing change time was shorter than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）,average wound healing time and single dressing change time were shorter than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. There wasn’t statistical significance in the dressing change expense differences in the two groups of patients. Conclusion：Aquachl Ag is beneficial for wound healing after the radical operation of ingrown nails,and the wound after the opera-tion can propel the growth of the epidermis,accelerate wound healing to prevent infection and significantly reduce dressing change time and relieve patients’ pain.
