中药热敷及中医手法按摩在剖宫产母婴分离产妇乳房护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药热敷及中医手法按摩在剖宫产母婴分离产妇乳房护理中的效果。方法：将2013年10月~2014年10月在本院进行剖宫产的120例产妇随机等分为试验组和对照组，对照组给予常规乳房护理；试验组在常规乳房护理基础上实施中药热敷乳房及中医手法乳房按摩。比较两组产妇术后3 d 泌乳情况、乳房肿胀发生率及母乳喂养率。结果：两组产妇泌乳情况、乳房肿胀发生率及母乳喂养率比较，试验组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：在剖宫产术后母婴分离过程，给予产妇中药热敷及中医手法按摩乳房可提早乳房开始泌乳时间，降低乳房肿胀发生率，并提高母乳喂养成功率。Objective：To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy and Chinese massage in breast nursing of puerperae in mater-nal separation of cesarean delivery. Methods：Selected 120 puerperae conducting cesarean delivery in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014,ran-domly divided them into experimental group and control group. Gave the control group routine breast nursing,and implemented traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy and Chinese massage to the experimental group on the basis of routine breast nursing. Compared the postoperative 3 d lactation,mammary swelling incidence rate and breast - feeding rate of the two groups of puerperae. Results：The lactation,mammary swelling incidence rate and breast - feed-ing rate of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：In the postoperative maternal separation process of cesarean delivery,giving puerperae traditional Chinese medicine fomenting therapy and Chinese massage can make lactation begin early,reduce mammary swelling incidence rate and enhance the success rate of breast feeding.
