闹羊花素-Ⅲ对昆虫血淋巴能源物质含量的影响  

Effects of Rhodojaponin-Ⅲ on the Energetic Contents against Imported Cabbage Worm( Pieris rapae L.)

摘　　要：用闹羊花素 -Ⅲ处理菜粉蝶 5龄幼虫后 ,观察试虫血淋巴总量及其蛋白质、总糖、甘油酯含量的变化。结果表明以每虫 1～ 5 μg处理后 6 0h ,血淋巴总量和蛋白质含量均降低 4 0 %～ 5 0 % ,总糖含量降低 14 %～30 % ,甘油酯含量可降低 77%。This paper preseats the effects of Rhodojaponin-Ⅲ on contents of protein, glyceride and carbohydrate in haemolymph, as well as on total weight of haemolymph against larvae of Pieris rapae L. (Lepidoptera: Pieridae). When fifth larvae were fed with rhodojaponin-Ⅲ at 1～5 μg per larva for 60 h, compared with control, total volume of haemolymph and protein content decreased by 40%～50%, while glyceride content could decrease 70%. The decrease rate of total carbohydrates content was 14%～ 30%, which was not so much as that of protein or glyceride. The decrease rate differed depending on the treatment dose and time. The possible reasons and influences for the observed changes in these biochemical components have been discussed. It is believed that the significant decrease of energetic contents will result in larval growth inhibition.
