摘　　要：为了解东北民宅建筑施工安全性现状,根据我国住建部所提供的相关统计数据,分析了我国2015年民宅建筑事故类型,并从安全管理、安全培训、施工设备等方面,分析了我国房屋建筑施工安全事故的主要成因,所得结论可为建筑工程管理研究提供参考。For understanding northeast residential building construction safety situation,according to statistical data of China Ministry of Housing provided,analyzes the China 2015 residential construction accidents type,from the safety management,safety training,construction equipment and other aspects,analyzed the our country building construction safety accident the main causes. The conclusion can provide reference for the research of construction project management.
