摘 要:以基于双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的新型温敏大分子单体(MPAD)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为原料,通过水溶液共聚合的方法制备了一种新型温敏两亲阳离子聚合物CPTAMDAC。用粘度法测定了聚合物的特性粘度,运用1 H-NMR对CPTAMDAC结构进行分析,并对所得聚合物在湿法磷酸过滤系统中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明:CPTAMDAC既具有絮凝的作用,同时具有表面活性剂的功能,且疏水性随温度的升高而增加,具有良好的助滤效果。CPTAMDAC在磷石膏过滤系统中应用的最佳条件为:过滤温度为75℃、添加量为20×10^(-6)、真空度为0.05 MPa,此条件下过滤速度从440.25L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)提高到772.68L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)。A novel thermosensitive ampliphilic cationic polymer (CPTAMDAC) was synthesized by aqueous so- lution polymerization using thermoresponsive macromonomer based on diacetone acrylamide (DAAM), acrylamide (AM) and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DAC) as raw materials. The intrinsic viscosity of CPTAMDAC was measured by the viscosity method, and the structure of CPTAMDAC was characterized by ^1H- NMR. The application performance of CPTAMDAC was studied in the filtering system of wet process phosphoric acid. The results showed that CPTAMDAC exhibited function of flocculation, surfactant and good filter aid, and its hydrophobicity increased with the increasing temperature. The optimum application conditions in the filtering system of wet process phosphoric acid were the addition amount of 20×10^-6 , temperature of 75 ℃ and vacuum pressure of 0. 05 MPa. The filtration rate increased from 440. 25 L ·m^-2·h^-1 to 772. 68 L ·m^-2·h^-1 under the optimum conditions.
