摘 要:陶粒泡沫混凝土是一种常见的建筑保温材料,研究了预湿、有机硅浸渍、改性环氧树脂浸渍和环氧树脂包裹4种不同陶粒预处理方式对陶粒泡沫混凝土性能的影响,并分析了不同陶粒表面预处理的作用机理。实验结果表明:在4种陶粒表面预处理方法中,有机硅浸渍处理陶粒吸水率最低,其72h吸水率达到15.9%;采用环氧树脂包裹处理的陶粒制备的泡沫混凝土坍落度经时损失最低,45min坍落度经时损失达到6mm;环氧树脂包裹处理提高陶粒泡沫混凝土的抗压强度,28d抗压强度提高了5.9%,且陶粒泡沫混凝土抗冻融性最优;扫描电镜观察表明,以环氧树脂包裹处理的陶粒制得的陶粒泡沫混凝土中,陶粒界面过渡区晶粒尺寸小、结构致密。Ceramsite foamed concrete is a common heat preservation material for buildings. Effect of several different ways of surface pretreatment of ceramsite, such as surface pre-wetting, silicone impregnating, modified epoxy resin impregnating and epoxy resin pre-coating, on properties of the resultant ceramsite foamed concrete were examined in laboratory and the reaction mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that ceramsite after silicone impregnation presented the lowest water absorption of 15.9 % after 72 h. Fresh mixture of ceramsite foamed concrete prepared from epoxy resin pre-coated ceramsite presented the lowest slump loss of 6 mm after 45 min, and also presented improved resistance to freezing and thawing cycle. The 28 d compressive strength of the hardened ceramsite foamed concrete prepared from epoxy resin pre-coated ceramsite was 5.9% higher than that of the reference. SEM observation revealed that the transition region between the ceramsite surface and cement paste of the ceramsite foamed concrete prepared with the epoxy resin pre-coated ceramsite was comprised of hydration products with very fine size and very dense microstructure.
