摘　　要：目的:手法结合慢节奏腰椎电动三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:60例采用手法结合慢节奏腰椎电动三维牵引治疗。结果:治愈22例、好转36例、未愈2例,总有效率96.7%。结论:手法结合慢节奏腰椎电动三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效确切。Objective： To study the clinical therapeutic effect of massage combined with three-dimensional electric lumbar traction with slow rhythm on lumbar disc herniation （LDH）.Method： 60 LDH cases were treated by massage combined with three-dimensional electric lumbar traction with slow rhythm. Result： There were 22 cases cure, 36 cases improved, 2 cases uncured and the total effective rate was 96.7%.Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of massage combined with three- dimensional electric lumbar traction with slow rhythm on LDH was exact.
