摘 要:随着遗传药理学的迅速发展,越来越多的研究发现人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因多态性与药物引起不良反应之间存在一定的相关性。现有研究证实HLA-B等位基因与抗癫痫药物、氟氯西林、阿巴卡韦等引起严重皮肤不良反应的风险相关,麻醉药、抗癌药、抗生素、抗结核病药物、抗逆转录药物、强心剂等引起药源性肝损伤与HLA基因多态性也有一定的关联。为预防药品不良反应的发生,实施个体化给药方案,HLA基因多态性与药品不良反应发生间的相关性值得进一步研究。With the rapid development of pharmacogenetics, a growing number of studies found the correlations between human leukocyte antigen (HLA) gene polymorphisms and adverse drug reactions. Existing studies have confirmed the HLA -B alleles were related to the risk of serious skin reactions caused by antiepileptic, flucloxacillin, abacavir and so on. And the anesthetics, anticancer drugs, antibiotics, antituber- culotics, antiretroviral drugs, cardiotonic, etc cause drug-induced hepaticinjury and HLA gene polymorphisms have-a certain correlation. In order to prevent the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, the implementation of individualized administration, the correlation between HLA gene polymorphisms and adverse drug reactions is worth further study.
