摘 要:文章选取2004~2013年中国285个地级市的面板数据,通过构建空间计量模型分析产业集聚对地区工资差距的影响及空间溢出效应。结果表明:中国的地区工资水平有明显的空间自相关性,虽然相关性逐年减弱但仍非常显著;制造业集聚对本地区工资水平有显著负影响,服务业集聚和共同集聚显著促进本地区工资水平的提升;产业集聚过程中相邻地区间经济差距对地区工资水平的影响整体上大于单纯的地理空间上相邻对其的影响,制造业集聚的溢出效应不显著,服务业集聚有显著的溢出效应,且溢出效应大于直接效应,共同集聚的直接效应显著为正,而间接效应显著为负,因此共同集聚在促进本地区经济发展的同时也会增大城市地区工资水平差距。By using the panel data paper analyzes the impact of industrial of 285 county - level cities in China from 2004 to 2013, the agglomeration on regional salary gap and the spatial spillover effect through constructing a spatial econometric model. Results show that China' s regional salary level has obvious spatial autocorrelation. Although the correlation decreased year by year, it is significant. The industrial agglomeration of manufacturing sector has significant negative impact on regional salary level, but the agglomeration of service sector and the co - agglomeration significantly promote the regional salary level. The economic gap between two adjacent regions has grea- ter impact on regional salary level than the impact caused by pure geographical and spatial factors. The spillover effect of manufacturing sector is insignificant, but the spillover effect of service sector is significant and the effect is stronger than direct effect. The direct effect of co - agglomeration is significantly positive, and the indirect effect is significantly negative. Therefore, while promoting the economic growth of a region, co - agglomeration also increases regional salary gap.
