微针联合自血穴位注射疗法治疗面部敏感性皮肤临床疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察微针联合自血穴位注射疗法治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月,于长沙美莱医疗美容医院皮肤科就诊并确诊、且自愿参与本研究的面部敏感性皮肤患者60例,随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。试验组患者采用微针加自血穴位注射方案治疗,对照组给予微针加等容积生理盐水穴位注射治疗,微针每4周1次,穴位注射每周2次,连续治疗12周。分析比较两组患者接受治疗后主观症状(灼热、瘙痒、干燥)和客观症状(红斑、丘疹、肿胀、毛细血管扩张)及症状体征总积分变化、经皮水分丢失的变化、治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者在症状体征积分改善、经皮水分丢失改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微针联合自血穴位注射疗法治疗面部敏感性皮肤,可以改善临床症状和体征,提高治疗效果,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective In this study, we used microneedle therapy combined with autohemotherapy to treal facial sensitive skin patients and observe the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 60 patients with facial sensitive skin were selected from Department of Dermatology in Mylike Medical Cosmetic Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. They were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The experimental group was treated by microneedle therapy and autohemotherapy. The control group was treated by microneedle therapy and equivalent volume saline injection. Microneedle therapy was 1 times every 4 weeks, point injection was 2 times a week, Both of the two group were treated 12 weeks.Then we analysed and compared the changes of the subjective symptom score（scorching, pruritus, dry）,objective symptom score （erythema, papule, swell, angiotelectasis） and total symptom score as well as the changes of TEWL, effective treatment rate and adverse reactions in these two group. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group have better improvement in symptom score and the TEWL, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the effective treatment rate was also higher, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the occurration rate of adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Condusion Microneedle therapy and autohemotherapy for facial sensitive skin can improve the clinical symptoms and signs as well as the effectivetreatment rate.What＇s more,it is quite safe, and it is worthy for clinical application.
