乳腺肿块超声诊断934例分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺肿块的超声影像学特征,探讨其对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法乳腺肿块患者934例实施超声影像学检查。其中,315例的乳腺肿块直径〉15mm（A组）,467例的肿块直径11~15mm（B组）,152例的肿块直径≤10mm（C组）。分析乳腺良、恶性肿块的超声影像学特征及超声检查结果与病理诊断的符合率。结果乳腺肿块位于乳腺上方、外侧和外上方多见。A组诊断符合率：良性90.9%（160/176）,恶性90.6%（126/139）;B组符合率：良性92.5%（259/280）,恶性93.0%（174/187）;C组符合率：良性85.1%（80/94）,恶性81.0%（47/58）。C组诊断符合率低于A、B组（P〈0.05）。结论超声检查对直径〉10mm乳腺肿块的诊断与病理结果具有较高的符合率。Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic image features and investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for breast masses.Methods A total of 934 cases with breast masses was assigned into three groups of A（mass diameter15mm）,B（mass diameter 11-15mm）and C（mass diameter ≤ 10mm）.The ultrasonographic manifestations and accordance rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis with pathology were analyzed.Results The accordance rates of ultrasonographic diagnosis with pathology for benign and malignant breast masses were 90.9% and90.6%in group A and 92.5% and 93.0%in group B,which were higher than 85.1% and 81.0%in group C（P0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses with diameter10mm has a higher accordance rate with pathology.
