摘  要:以天然产物糠醇为原料,与顺丁烯二酸酐经D-A反应制得糠醇单酐,然后与4-氯代苯酐反应得到目标产物糠醇二酐单体。糠醇单酐最优合成条件:糠醇与顺丁烯二酸酐的配合比为1∶1,糠醇二酐最优合成温度为100℃时,产物收率较好。对糠醇单酐和糠醇二酐进行结构表征,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1 H-NMR)证实了目标产物被成功合成。期望以糠醇二酐为原料,合成在机械性能、溶解性能和介电性能上都有优异表现的新型聚酰亚胺材料。A novel dianhydride monomer was synthesized by D-A reaction and nucleophilic substitution,starting from furfuryl alcohol of a natural product,and 4-chlorophthalic anhydride.The optimal synthetic conditions of furfuryl alcohol and maleic anhydride was equal molar ratio.And the yeild of monomer was better when reaction temperature was100℃.Their structures were characterized by FT-IR and HNMR spectra and indicated that the synthesis of dianhydride was successfully performed.And expected to dianhydride as raw materials to synthesize a novel polyimide material which had excellent performance in mechanical properties,solubility and dielectric properties.
