摘  要:采用高温固相法和浸渍法制备了InVO_4、NiO/InVO_4、Fe_2O_3/InVO_4、CuO/InVO_4光催化剂,并将催化剂应用于光催化还原CO_2/H_2O悬浮体系中。对样品进行红外光谱、X射线衍射、比表面积测试分析和扫描电镜表征,研究了不同金属氧化物掺杂InVO_4等对光催化CO_2的影响。结果显示:InVO_4、NiO/InVO_4、Fe2O3/InVO_4、CuO/InVO_4呈正交相,且结晶良好。Fe_2O_3负载的InVO_4光催化活性最高。在光催化剂用量为1.5g/L,反应时间为7h,温度为70℃,CO_2流量为200mL/min时,甲醇的产率最高为2.156μmol/(h·gcata)。InVO4,NiO/InVO4,Fe2O3/InVO4,CuO/InVO4 photocatalyst were prepared by high temperature solidstate reaction and impregnation method.The catalyst was used in CO2/H2O suspension system.The catalyst was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,BET and SEM.The effect of different metal oxide doped InVO4 and other conditions on the activity of photocatalytic reduction of CO2 were researched.The results showed that:InVO4,Fe2O3/InVO4,CuO/InVO4,NiO/InVO4 ware orthogonal phase,and the crystal were good.Photocatalytic activity of Fe2O3/InVO4 was the highest.The yield of methanol can reach 2.156μmol·h^-1·gcata^-1 under the following conditions:1.5g/L of the amount of catalyst,7hours of the reaction time,70℃ of the reaction temperature,200mL/min of CO2.
