摘 要:采用垂直燃烧测试法和热重分析研究了单一阻燃剂在双组分聚脲弹性体中的阻燃作用。结果表明,固体阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)、纳米无机材料有机改性蒙脱土(2T-MMT)、液体阻燃剂甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)对聚脲具有较好的阻燃作用,主要为固相阻燃作用。随着阻燃剂添加量的增大,阻燃作用效果增强。聚脲和阻燃聚脲的热降解过程都包括两个阶段:第一阶段为250-350℃;第二阶段为350-450℃。阻燃剂加入后降低了聚脲的热降解开始温度,特别是阻燃剂DMMP。800℃时的残余量说明APP和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐提高了聚脲的残余量,而DMMP和间苯二酚-双(磷酸二苯酯)降低了残余量。Tthe effect of single flame retardant on the flame retardant performance of 2Kpolyurea elastemer were investigated by vertical burning test method and thermalgravimetric analysis(TGA).The research results revealed that,ammonium polyphosphate(APP)which was a solid flame retardants,organic modified montmorillonite(2T-MMT)which was a nano inorganic material,dimethyl methyl-phosphate(DMMP)which was a liquid flame retardant,showed excellent flame retardant performance in polyurea,mainly presented solid phase flame retardant effect.The flame retardant performances increased when the flame retardant additives increase.The thermal degradation process of polyurea and flame retardant polyurea have two stages,the first one was in the temperature range of 250-350℃,and the second one was 350-450℃.The initial thermal degradation temperature of polyurea decreased when flame retardant was added in the formula,especially for DMMP.Residual quality at 800℃illustrated that APP and MPP improved the residual quality of polyurea,but DMMP and RDP decreased it.
