摘 要:为定量分析井眼轴线与顺层应力角度对井壁稳定性的影响,进行了基于顺层应力角度实验和有限元模拟的油页岩井壁稳定性分析。首先对实验样本进行参数测量,利用超声速度、振幅和声发射技术,对井壁崩落临界压力等参数进行测量和计算,并基于微观分析法对井壁崩落进行分析;其次,为解释倾角对应激性钻孔崩落的影响,利用测量参数并结合有限元对油页岩样本井壁稳定性进行分析,分析结果与实验观测结果基本一致。最后通过顺层应力角度对于井壁稳定性的影响实验,得到了定性分析数据,可对指导实际生产,提高钻井成功率。The bedding stress angle of borehole axis and the shale formation has an important influence on the stability of the borehole wall.In order to quantitatively analyze this effect to guide the actual production process,the analysis model based on the bedding stress angle experiments and finite element simulation for oil shale borehole stability was established.Firstly,the collected experimental parameters of the sample were measured,and using ultrasonic velocity,amplitude and acoustic emission techniques measured and calculated the critical pressure and other parameters of oil shale borehole avalanche,and then based on the microstructure analysis method,the wellbore caving process was analyzed.Secondly,in order to explain the influence of shale dip angle on the stress of borehole breakout,and on the wellbore stability was analyzed by using the measured parameters and finite element method,the analysis results were basically same with the experiment results.Finally,the qualitative analysis data were obtained through experiments on the influence of the bedding stress angle on the stability of the borehole wall,which could be used to guide the actual safety production and improve the success rate of drilling.
