摘  要:针对油田常规酸化效果变差的问题,提出并进行了施工简便、成本低廉的自生泡沫酸化工艺研究,通过室内评价实验筛选出了以盐酸和小苏打为主的自生气体系,其产气量可达102 m L/g,同时筛选出浓度1.0%的SDS/OP-10复配起泡剂和浓度0.2%的胍尔胶稳泡剂,常温下泡沫量为310 m L,半衰期达到200 min。对该体系进行了岩心物模实验,在渗透率级差3.2时,含水岩心分流量比由3.54降至0.91,含油岩心由4.32降至2.03,暂堵分流能力较强,并联含油含水岩心实验表明,该体系具有优良的油水选择性,适用于非均质储层的改造。截至目前该工艺在大北油田应用4井次,平均日增油2.6 t,累增油达2 024 t,效果显著。A underground autogenetic foam acidizing technology was developed as the result of conventional acidizing method got worse.The reaction between hydrochloric acid and sodium bicarbonate which could produce 102 mL CO2was chosen as the gas autogenetic system by laboratory experiment.Meantime 1.0% SDS/OP-10 compound solution was selected as foaming agent while 0.2% guar gum as foam stabilizer,which both helped to generate 310 mL gas and its half-life period was200 min.Core experiments showed that the system had excellent temporary plugging shunt capacity.The shunt volume rate dropped from 3.54 to 0.91 in the hydrous core and 4.32 to 2.03 in the oily core when the permeability ratio was 3.2.And it also showed good oil and water selectivity and was suited for anisotropic reservoir.The technology has been used in 4 wells in Dabei Oilfield and good results were obtained that daily oil production was increased by 2.6 tons and totally increased 2024 tons.
