摘 要:塔中志留系以低孔低渗储层为主,酸化解堵效果不佳,需依靠改造建产。室内实验研究表明,改性黄原胶非交联压裂液伤害低,具有一定的悬砂性能和降阻性能。投球暂堵分级压裂工艺能够提高储层在纵向上的动用程度。在志留系率先开展黄原胶加砂压裂现场试验,4井次黄原胶加砂压裂顺利完成施工,最高砂浓度369 kg/m^3,未出现砂堵,砂浓度还有一定提升空间。其中X-3井,采用4级投球暂堵分级压裂工艺施工,压裂后折日产油35.5 m^3,效果较好。对比前期常规瓜胶小规模加砂压裂井,黄原胶大规模加砂压裂工艺有一定优势。说明改性黄原胶加砂压裂具有一定的推广应用价值。Tazhong Silurian reservoir is low porosity and low permeability reservoirs,the acidizing plugging removal effect is poor and the fracturing is necessary.The non-crosslinking xanthan gum fracturing fluid is cheap,large scale fracturing can save the construction cost significantly.The indoor experiments showed that the non-crosslinking modified xanthan gum has the characteristics of low formation damage,suspended sand performance and drag reduction performance.The ball staged fracturing technique could improve the producing degree of the reservoir in vertical.Taking the x-3 well as an example,the PT and Eclipse software were used to optimize the fracturing design and calculate the consumption of ball.The field test of xanthan gum fracturing was firstly applied in Silurian reservoir,the modified xanthan gum fracturing technology was used successfully in 4wells,the highest sand concentration was 369 kg/m3,the sand sealing wasn't appeared.In X-3 well,using the staged fracturing technique,the daily oil production after fracturing was 35.5m3.Statistics showed that production output of large-scale xanthan gum staged fracturing was higher than guar gum fracturing well,the modified xanthan gum fracturing technology was worth popularizing.
