摘  要:针对国内清洁压裂液中普遍存在的耐温性能较差的问题,研发了一套新型疏水缔合聚合物压裂液体系。该压裂液体系主要应用于130℃高温油藏的压裂施工,最终配方为0.45%聚合物稠化剂+0.4%交联剂+1%KCl,并进行了室内试验,对该体系的流变性、黏弹性、悬砂性和破胶性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,该体系耐温耐剪切性能良好,在130℃、170 s^(-1)下剪切120 min后黏度仍能保持在50 m Pa·s以上,加入破胶剂后该压裂液体系破胶快速且彻底,无残渣,对地层伤害小,便于返排,有利于压裂施工。In view of the problem of the poor heat resistance performance of clean fracturing fluid in China,a new type of hydrophobic association polymer fracturing fluid system was studied,which was mainly applied to fracturing operation of130℃ high temperature reservoir.And the final formula was 0.45% polymer thickener + 0.4% crosslinking agent + 1% KCl.The rheological properties,viscoelasticity,suspending ability and gel breaking properties of the fracturing fluid system were tested.The results showed that this system had good heat-resistance and shear-resistance performance,and the apparent viscosity remained above 50 mP a·s after 120 min shearing under 130℃ 、170s^(-1)and gel breaking was quick and thorough,no residue after adding gel breaker in the fracturing fluid system.The formation damage was low and easy flowback,which was advantageous to the fracturing operation.
