摘 要:以α-Al_2O_3为骨料,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为成孔剂和粘结剂,丙三醇为润滑剂和增塑剂,CuO-TiO_2为烧结助剂,采用挤压成型法和固态粒子烧结法制备单管式α-Al_2O_3陶瓷支撑体,系统地分析了羧甲基纤维素对支撑体性能的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、压汞仪和自制装置对成品进行测试表征。研究结果表明:羧甲基纤维素作为成孔剂,其添加量对支撑体的性能具有明显的影响,当选取CMC的添加量为4%(质量分数)时,可制得孔隙率为31.85%,纯水通量为5107.68 L/m^2h MPa,抗折强度为104.429 MPa,酸碱腐蚀质量损失分别为0.88%及0.92%的性能优良的支撑体。Single tube α-Al_2O_3 ceramic support with α-Al_2O_3 as aggregate and carboxyl methyl cellulose( CMC) as Pore-forming agent,glycerol as plasticizer and adhesive,and CuO-TiO_2 as sintering agent respectively was prepared by flow-forming and solid sintering. The influence of the pore-forming agents on properties of supports such as porosity,mean pore size and pore size distribution were investigated. The sample was characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),mercury porosimeter and self-assembly equipments. The research results show that dosage of carboxyl methyl cellulose which used as Pore-forming agent has effect on the proformance of alumina ceramics support. When the optimum addition of carboxyl methyl cellulose was 4%( wt%),the alumina ceramics support with the porosity of 31. 85%,the pure water flux of 5107. 68 L / m^2 h MPa,the flexural strength of 104.429 MPa,the acid / alkali corrosion mass loss of 0. 88% /0. 92% can be obtained.
