摘  要:在不同加热温度及保温时间下,利用Gleeble1500试验机研究了低合金高强钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律,并结合建立的晶粒长大模型,通过对比计算机模拟与试验结果,确定了模型的准确性。结果表明,在保温相同时间下,试验用钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸与加热温度有密切联系,且随温度的升高而显著增大;晶粒大小与保温时长有关,随时间的延长,其晶粒的长大趋势先增加,后趋于平缓。建立了低合金高强钢晶粒长大模型,模拟计算与试验结果较吻合。Under different heating temperature and holding time, using Gleeble 1500 tester, the austenite grain growth law of low alloy high strength steel was studied. Combined with the establishment of the grain growth model, by comparing the results of experiments with computer simulations, the veracity of the model was confirmed. The results show that the austenite grain size and heating temperature are closely related, which increases significantly with the heating temperature at the same holding time. The grain size is also concerned with holding time, the grain size increases at first and then tends to stable with holding time increasing. The low alloy high strength steel grain growth model is established, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
