摘 要:研究了固溶处理对双相钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高,双相钢中铁素体含量增加,奥氏体含量减少。当固溶温度从1000℃增加到1080℃时,双相钢中奥氏体含量从65.8%降低到45.8%。随着固溶温度的增加,双相钢点蚀速率先减小后增大,固溶温度1120℃时点蚀速率最小,其值为0.05 g/(m^2·h)。1120℃固溶3 h时,双相钢力学性能达到最佳,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为708.3 MPa和38.2%。The effect of solution treatment on microstmcture and properties of the dual phase steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the content of ferrite in dual phase steel increases and the content of austenite decreases. When the solution temperature increases from 1000℃ to 1080 ℃, the content of austenite in duplex steel decreases from 65.8% to 45.8%. With the increase of solution temperature, the pitting corrosion rate of the dual phase steel firstly decreases and then increases. While the solution temperature is 1120 ℃, and the minimum value of the pitting corrosion is 0.05 g/(m^2·h). The mechanical properties of the dual phase steel are the best when the solution at 1120 ℃ for 3 h. The tensile strength and the elongation of the dual phase steel are 708.3 MPa and 38.2%, respectively.
