摘  要:采用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析、显微硬度与电导率测试、拉伸试验与断口分析、晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀试验,研究了两种双级时效工艺对经预回复处理-逐级固溶-预变形的超高强铝合金Al-12.26Zn-2.96Mg-2.49Cu-0.183Zr-0.0673Sr挤压材显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明:与单级时效相比,双级时效处理后合金的力学性能降低,但耐腐蚀性能明显改善。121℃×5 h+153℃×16 h双级时效后合金的综合性能良好。Effects of two-step-aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra high strength aluminum alloy Al-12.26Zn-2.96Mg-2.49Cu-0.183Zr-0.0673Sr after pre-recovery, solution treatment and pre-deformation were investigated by analysis of optical microscope and X ray diffraction, test of hardness and electrical conductivity, tensile test and fracture analysis, test of intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion. The results show that compared with the single stage aging, the mechanical properties of the alloy after two-step-aging decrease, but the corrosion resistance improves obviously. The comprehensive properties of the alloy with two-step-aging of 121℃×5h+153℃×16h is good.
