复发性线状棘层松解性皮病1例

摘　　要：患者女,4岁。反复左股部红斑、水疱伴瘙痒3年余,再发2个月。皮肤科情况:左股部水肿性红斑、斑片、色素沉着斑,局部可见水疱,尼氏征阳性,皮疹沿Blaschko线呈线状分布。皮肤组织病理:表皮角化过度伴角化不全,棘层肥厚,具有不完全的棘层松解,呈倒塌的砖墙样改变。诊断:复发性线状棘层松解性皮病。A 4-year-old girl presented with the erythema and vesicle with itching repeadedly on the left thigh for more than three years and recured for two months. Clinical examination showed the edematous erythema, patch and pigmentation, some of them presented with the vesicle. The nikolsky sign of vesicle was positive, the lesion distributed along the Blaschko line. The histopathologic examination showed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, ac- anthosis and not entirely acantholysis with the collapse of the brick wall-like change. Relapsing linear acan- tholytic dermatosis was diagnosed.
