摘　　要：目的分析玉溪市学生人群手足口病流行特征,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集玉溪市2011-2014年中小学生手足口病资料,采用SPSS15.0对收集整理的资料进行描述性统计分析。结果 2011-2014年玉溪市共报告学生手足口病1 862例,占全部人群手足口病例的6.70%,其中,重症病例仅9例,无死亡病例。2011-2014年发病数分别是298例、654例、574例和336例,年发病率分别是0.95‰,2.09‰,1.83‰和1.07‰。不同年份间发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);男女发病之比为1.11:1,小学生年均发病率(2.45‰)与中学生(0.17‰)差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。病原体构成以EV71为主,占57.46%,CoxA16次之,占36.57%。结论学生是仅次于散居儿童、托幼儿童的手足口病高发人群,加强这一特定人群的手足口病防控工作,特别是高度关注小学生人群手足口病防控措施的落实是手足口病防控工作面临的重要课题。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-and mouth disease（HFMD）in students in middle and primary schools in Yuxi and provide the basis for the development of control strategies. Methods Using the epidemiological method to analyze the data of HFMD epidemic surveillance in Yuxi, 2011-2014. ResultsA total of 1862 cases of HFMD about students were reported in Yuxi, 2011-2014, accounting for 6.70% of the whole crowd. Among of them, 9 cases were severe and no death cases. Number of incidence cases was 298, 654, 574 and 336 and the incidence rates were 0.95‰, 2.09‰, 1.83‰ and 1.83‰ from 2011 to 2014 year,respectively. There were significant differences in different years of incidence （χ2=196.41,P〈0.001）. The ratio of male and female was 1.11：1.The average incidence rate of primary（2.45‰）and middle students （0.17‰）was statistically significant. The pathogenic types were prior to EV71 for 57.64%. CoxA16 was second, accounting for 36.57%. Conclusion Students who except the scattered children and kindergarten children were high-risk population of HFMD. It was a major issue that to strengthen and concern about the prevention and control of HFMD,especially in the pupils crowd.
