青鹏软膏联合修护滋润霜治疗乏脂性湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察青鹏软膏联合雅漾三重修护滋润霜治疗轻/中度乏脂性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的80例轻/中度乏脂性湿疹患者随机分为4组,治疗组予青鹏软膏联合雅漾三重修护滋润霜治疗,对照1组予丁酸氢化可的松软膏联合雅漾三重修护滋润霜治疗,对照2组予单用丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗,对照3组予单用雅漾三重修护滋润霜,疗程均为2周。结果治疗结束时,治疗组的有效率(85.00%)与对照1组的有效率(90.00%)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与对照2组、对照3组的有效率(55.00%、60.00%)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。4组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论青鹏软膏联合保湿剂治疗乏脂性湿疹效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床医生应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingpeng ointment combined with Avene skin recovery cream in the treatment of mild to moderate asteatotic eczema. Methods Eighty patients with mild to moderate asteatotic eczema were randomly divided into four groups （ treatment group, the control group 1, the control group 2 and the control group 3）. Patients in these four groups were separately given Qingpeng ointment com- bined with Avene emoUient cream, Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream combined with Avene emolhent cream, Hy- drocortisone Butyrate cream alone and Avene emollient cream alone. After two weeks＇ treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 85.00% ,in the control group 1 was 90.00% ,in the control group 2 was 55.00% and in the control group 3 was 60.00%. There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but compared the treatment group with the control group 2 and the control group 3 ,the difference of effect were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . And we found no obvious adverse reaction during the course in these four groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Qingpeng ointment combined with moisturizer for asteatntic eczema is significant and safe. This method is worthwhile to be clinically applied more extensively.
