摘　　要：目的探讨人格在社会支持与应对方式关系中的调节作用。方法运用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对南方某部2000名男性新兵进行调查。运用层次回归分析检验人格的调节作用。结果 (1)支持利用度对积极应对方式具有正向预测作用(β=0.213,P<0.001),客观支持对消极应对具有负向预测作用(β=-0.055,P<0.01)。(2)神经质在支持利用度对积极应对的影响中起调节作用(β=0.060,P<0.01),精神质在客观支持对消极应对的影响中起调节作用(β=0.068,P<0.01)。结论人格在新兵社会支持与应对方式的关系中起调节作用。Objective To explore the moderating effects of personality between social support and coping style among recruits. Methods 2000 recruits were investigated using the Eysenek Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） ,Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ）. Results Support utilization positively predicted positive coping style （β = 0. 213, P 〈 0.001 ）. Objective support negatively predicted negative coping style （β = 0. 060, P 〈 0. 01 ）. N euroticism had moderating effects on the relationship between support utilization and positive coping style （β = 0, 060 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Spiritual had moderating effects on the relationship between objective support and negative coping style （β = 0. 068, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Personality has a moderating effects on the relationship between social support and coping style among recruits.
