摘  要:在室内密闭玻璃箱内测定了3种仙人掌科(Cactaceae)植物,即银冠(Cotyledon orbiculata var.oblonga)、玉翁(Mammillaria hahniana)和金晃(Notocactus leninghausii),在高压脉冲电刺激下不同剪刺阶段负离子释放浓度、刺数量和气孔数量特征,光镜观察了不同剪刺阶段气孔的形态特征,探讨了高压脉冲电场刺激下仙人掌科植物负离子释放量与释放通道的相关性。结果表明:在高压脉冲电刺激下,银冠负离子浓度随气孔长度的增大而升高(p<0.01),玉翁负离子浓度随其刺数量的减少而降低(p<0.01),随气孔长度的增大而升高(p<0.01),金晃负离子浓度随其刺数量的减少而降低(p<0.01),随气孔宽长比的增大而升高(p<0.01)。从结果推断,在高压脉冲电刺激下,仙人掌科植物释放负离子的过程受其生理活动的影响;仙人掌科植物的刺尖和气孔都是其释放空气负离子的通道,当植物生理活动强度大到改变了其气孔数量特征参数时,气孔就可能成为主要的释放通道。The negative air ions released by Cotyledon orbiculata var. oblonga, Mammillaria hahniana and Notocactus leninghausii, the number of spine and the quantitative characteristics of stomata were determined by removing spines stepwisely upon pulsed electric field stimulation in the fabricated organic glass enclosure, the morphological characteristics of stomata was also observed with light microscope, then the correlation between the negative air ions released by 3 species cactaceae and the releasing passage upon the high voltage pulsed electrical field stimulation was studied. The results showed that the NAI density released by C. orbiculata var. oblonga would increase with the increase of stomata length( p〈0.01), the NAI density released by M. hahniana would decrease with the decrease of the number of spines(p〈0.01) and increase with the increase of stomata length(p〈0.01), the NAI density released by N. leninghausii would decrease with the decrease of the number of spines( p〈0.01) and increase with the increase of the ratio of width to length of stomata( p〈0.01). To conclude, the process of releasing NAI was associated with the physical activity of Cactaceae upon pulsed electricfield stimulation; The spines and pores were both the passage affecting the release of NAI released by Cactaceae. When the physical activity intensity was high enough to change the stomata quantitative feature of Cactaceae, the pores may become the major release channel.
