摘  要:介绍一种基于无源核探测技术的料位测量系统,以C8051F340单片机为主控制器。将探测器接收的信号,通过脉冲放大和阈值甄别电路转换成数字信号,送入处理器并利用LCD液晶显示当前读数,由主板上的功能键完成参数设置。配合ZigBee无线自组网技术,实时将各个位置料位传输至基站,提高了系统的抗干扰能力和现场应用的灵活性。This paper introduces a kind of material level measuring system based on passive nuclear detection technology. C8051F340 MCU is being served as the main controller. The signals received by the detector is converted into digital ones through the pulse amplification and threshold circuit, and be sent to the processor. The LCD displays the current readings, and it can complete the parameter settings by the functional keys on the main board. Then cooperated with ZigBee wireless ad-hoc, it sends the real-time material level of different positions to the base station, and improves the anti-interference ability of the system and the flexibility field application.
