摘　　要：目的通过比较Nesprin 1在不同癌细胞中的表达程度,为Nesprin 1与多种癌细胞之间的关系做初步探讨。方法采用Western blotting方法检测Nesprin 1在人宫颈癌细胞(Hela)、人肺癌细胞(H-125)、人乳腺癌细胞(HCC-1937)、人膀胱癌细胞(5637)、人肝癌细胞(Hep G2)、人胃癌细胞(BGC-823)、人结肠癌细胞(HCT 116)、人食管癌细胞(Eca-109)、小鼠单核巨噬细胞白血病细胞(Raw 2647)等癌细胞当中的表达。结果各癌细胞组GAPDH均有表达,Nesprin 1各组表达量不同,从强到弱顺序为HCC-1937>H-125>HCT116=Eca-109>RAW2647>BGC-823>Hep G2>Hela>5637,其中人膀胱癌细胞5637的表达不明显。结论 Nesprin 1蛋白可在多种癌细胞中表达,膀胱癌细胞中表达不明显。Objective To do preliminary study of the relationship between Nesprin 1 and multiple cancer cells by comparing the expression levels of Nesprin 1 in different cancer cells. Methods The Western blotting method was used to test the expression of Nesprin 1 in different cancer cells including cervical cancer cell（Hela）, lung cancer cell（H-125）, breast cancer cell（HCC-1937）, bladder cancer cell（5637）, liver cancer cell（Hep G2）, gastric cancer cell（BGC-823）, colon cancer cell（HCT-116）, esophageal cancer cell（Eca-109） and mouse leukemia cells of monocyte macrophage（Raw 2647）, etc. Results GAPDH were expressed in the all cancer cells. Nesprin 1 expression levels were different in each group. The order from strong to weak was HCC-1937〉 H-125〉 HCT116=Eca-109〉 RAW2647 〉BGC-823 〉Hep G2 〉Hela 〉5637. Among them the expression of human bladder cancer cells 5637 was not obvious. Conclusion Nesprin 1 protein could be expressed in multiple cancer cells, Bladder cancer cells expression was not obvious.
