血栓弹力图比较替格瑞洛及氯吡格雷对PCI术后患者的血小板抑制效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析血栓弹力图比较替格瑞洛及氯吡格雷对PCI术后患者的血小板的抑制效果。方法选择我院收治的PCI术后患者80例作为本次研究的实验组和对照组,收治时间在2013年2月22日-2014年2月22日,这80例患者均使用信封抽取法进行分组,每组40例,对照组采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,实验组采用替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林,并在治疗结束后,使用血栓弹力图比较两组的血小板抑制效果。结果实验组的血小板抑制率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%（P〈0.05）;实验组的血红蛋白、血小板计数高于对照组,空腹血糖和血肌酐低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组和对照组的不良反应率分别为2.50%和17.50%,两组的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血栓弹力图比较结果表明,替格瑞洛对PCI术后患者的血小板抑制效果优于氯吡格雷,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the comparison between ticagrelor and clopidogrel on the inhibitory effect of patients＇ platelet after PCI operation by thrombelastogram. Methods 80 patients after PCI operation treated in our hospital from February 22, 2013 to February 22, 2014 were divided into experimental group and control group in this study, 40 cases in each group, by envelope extraction method, the control group received treatment with aspirin combined with clopidogrel, while the experimental group received therapy with ticagrelor combined with aspirin, at the end of treatment, the inhibitory effect of platelet between the two groups was compared by thrombelastogram. Results In the experimental group, the platelet inhibition rate was 92.50%, which was higher than the 72.50% of the control group（P〈0.05）, the hemoglobin and platelet counts were higher than that of the control group, fasting blood glucose and serum creatinine were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group and control group were 2.50% and 17.50% respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comparison results by thrombelastogram showed that the inhibitory effect of ticagrelor on patients＇ platelet after PCI operation was better than that of the clopidogrel, which was worthy of promotion and application.
