摘  要:目的综合分析真空超声波清洗技术用于手术室腔镜器械的消毒效果评价,为器械消毒提供正确的指导方向。方法在2012年5月-2015年1月,选择《深圳市人民医院》手术室使用的260件经过处理的手术室腔镜器械,随机分为A、B组。A组采用真空超声波清洗技术来进行消毒、杀菌,B组采用人工冲洗+超声清洗技术。采用SPSS12.0统计学软件进行统计学分析A组与B组两组器械的灵敏度、目测合格情况良好率、杀菌有效时间以及平均菌落计数等指标。结果 A组灵敏度为98.5%,B组的灵敏度为84.6%,A组的灵敏度远远高于B组(P〈0.05);A组目测合格情况良好率为95.88%,B组目测合格情况良好率为62.11%,A组的目测合格情况良好率远远高于B组(P〈0.05);A组杀菌有效时间为(101.3±11.7)d,B组杀菌有效时间为(2.2±0.4)d,A组杀菌有效时间远远高于B组(P〈0.05);A组平均菌落计数为(52.6±8.5)个,B组平均菌落计数为(112.6±17.3)个,A组平均菌落计数远远低于B组(P〈0.05)。结论真空超声波清洗技术用于手术室腔镜器械的消毒效果评价比较理想。Objective To comprehensively analyze the disinfection effect of vacuum ultrasonic cleaning technology for the operating room endoscopic equipment, this could provide the correct direction for the disinfection of instruments. Methods 260 laparoscopic apparatus after treatment were randomly divided into group A and group B, which were used in operation room of Shenzhen People's Hospital from May 2012 to January 2015. Group A used vacuum ultrasonic cleaning technology for disinfection and sterilization. Group B used artificial rinse and ultrasonic cleaning technology. SPSS12.0 statistical software was used to analyze the sensitivity, visual qualified in good rate, sterilization effective time and average colony counts and other indicators of the apparatus in the two groups. Results The sensitivity of group A was 98.5%, which was much higher than that of group B, whose sensitivity was 84.6%(P0.05). The visual qualified in good rate of group A was 95.88%, which was much higher than that of group B, whose visual qualified in good rate was 62.11%(P0.05). The sterilization effective time of group A was(101.3±11.7)d, which was much higher than that of group B, whose sterilization effective time was(2.2±0.4)d(P〈0.05). The average colony counts of group A was(52.6±8.5), which was much lower than that of group B, whose average colony counts was(112.6±17.3)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The disinfection effect of vacuum ultrasonic cleaning technology for the operating room endoscopic equipment was ideal.
