乳晕部瘘管切除加一期缝合术治疗乳腺炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳晕部瘘管切除加一期缝合术治疗乳腺炎效果情况。方法分析我院2012年2月~2015年2月收治的乳腺炎患者78例临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行临床分组,对照组（乳腺病灶清创缝合术）38例和观察组（乳晕部瘘管切除加一期缝合术）40例。观察两组乳腺炎患者治疗前后临床症状评分情况,观察两组乳腺炎患者临床治疗效果情况。结果对照组和观察组乳腺炎患者治疗前临床症状评分（9.61±1.90）分和（9.57±1.86）分均无明显差异（P〉0.05）,观察组乳腺炎患者治疗后临床症状评分（0.97±0.72）分均低于对照组（2.53±0.93）分,观察组乳腺炎患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳晕部瘘管切除加一期缝合术治疗乳腺炎临床症状明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore effect of areola fistula excision combined with primary suture in treatment of mastitis. Methods Clinical data of 78 patients with mastitis who were admitted to our hospital from February 1th 2012 to February 1th 2015 were analyzed. They were allocated to the control group（debridement and suture of breast lesions） with 38 cases and the observation group（areola fistula excision combined with primary suture） with 40 cases according to treatment methods. Clinical symptoms score before and after treatment of patients with mastitis in two groups was observed. And effect of clinical treatment of them was also observed. Results Clinical symptoms scores of patients with mastitis in the control group and the observation group were（9.61±1.90） and（9.57±1.86） respectively and scores had no significant difference（P 0.05）. Clinical symptoms score after treatment of patients with mastitis in the observation group was（0.97±0.72）, lower than that of the control group（2.53±0.93）. Total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients with mastitis in the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Areola fistula excision combined with primary suture in treatment of mastitis has obvious clinical symptoms and good prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
