摘　　要：目的针对医学类研究所离退休工作的转型,解决好矛盾,探讨制定更加适合他们生活的工作方法。方法采取问券调查的方式,对个人信息,家庭情况,心理状态自我评估和人际关系与社会和谐程度等方面采集数据做出分析。结果本研究在抽样调查的138份问券资料的基础上,分析影响医学类研究所离退休工作人员退休后的心里状态,包括存在的问题和困难。其中94人最关注的依然是工资问题,占68%;事业单位养老金改革问题,是离退休职工目前最关注的问题。其次关注问题,43%的离退休职工选择养老问题。再次关注点,29%的离退休职工选择的是医疗的问题。结论离退休职工年纪偏大,需要加强服务管理工作,传统与创新相结合,使他们安度晚年。Objective To solve the contradictions in the transformation of retirement work, and make the working method more suitable for the lives of retired staff. Methods By means of questionnaires, the retired staff data—including personal information, family situations, psychological states, self-assessments, interpersonal relations, and social harmonies were collected and analyzed. Results Base on 138 questionnaires, we analyzed the psychological status of the retired staff in the medical research institute, including their problems and difficulties. Firstly, 94 people（account for 68%） were mainly concerned about wages, pension reforms in public institutions is the most concerned problems for retirees. Secondly, 43% of the retired staff were concerned about their lives in retirement. Lastly, 29% of the retired staff were concerned about their medical insurance. Conclusion The retired staff are older, we should strengthen the management and service work for them, combine the innovation with tradition, and make them leading a happy lives in their late years.
