围刺法治疗骶髂关节致密性骨炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骶髂关节致密性骨炎患者经围刺法治疗对患者病情改善效果及VAS评分的影响。方法选取我院收治的96例骶髂关节致密性骨炎患者的临床资料,在2013年2月~2015年9月,将患者随机分为两组,每组各48例,对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组给予针灸围刺法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果差异性与VAS评分变化情况。结果 （1）观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,对照组治疗总有效率为79.17%,两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）治疗前两组VAS评分并无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组分数均有所下降,观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论骶髂关节致密性骨炎患者通过采用围刺法进行治疗,能够有效改善患者的病情、改善临床症状、降低疼痛感及对日常生活的不良影响,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and discuss the effect of patients＇ condition improvement effect and VAS scores of surround needling method on treating sacroiliac condensing osteitis. Methods 96 patients with sacroiliac condensing osteitis treated in my hospital from February 2013 to September 2015 in the clinical data were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group received treatment of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,while the observation group received therapy of acupuncture and surrounding needling method,the curative effect differences and VAS score changes of the two groups were compared. Results （1）The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 79.17%,the comparison of the total effective rate was statistically significant between the two groups（P 0.05）.（2）Before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups had no significant difference（P 0.05）,after treatment,the scores of the two groups both declined,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the comparison was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The surround needling method on treating sacroiliac condensing osteitiscan could effectively improve the patient＇s condition, improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce pain perception and adverse impact of daily life,whose treatment effect was significant,it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
